DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the inspection of installation of duct, ensure that all work is correctly prepared prior to offer inspection undertaken by consultant and client in order to get approval of inspection requests.

Co-ordinating with construction team to rectify the comments of installed duct line of respective area and arrange for re-inspection to get approval for the respective area.

Inspection of incoming materials – Review the test certificate with respect to standard.

Managing in coming in process & final process

Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.

Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.

Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.

Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.

Develop a method statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safety environmental analysis and Inspection Test Plan and Checklist based on specifications of the project.

Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for inspection.

Raising inspection for false ceiling closure once MEP installation is completed, to get the approval and give clearance to the client for the respective area.

Responsible for preparing Quality Plan that supports the project and clients’ requirements on quality assurance and quality control. Ensure that non-conforming project activities including potential nonconformances are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures.

Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the inspection and coordination of all MEP services such as HVACs system, drainage system, water system, chilled water system, firefighting system and external underground pipeline (HDPE& GRP pipe).

Prepare all MEP Checklist, pressure test certificate, hydrostatic certificate and air test certificate to ensure that all inspection is properly organized as per the QA/QC standards.

Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines. Coordinate all site inspections with the site subcontractors.

Prepare inspection request to all MEP services in coordination with the construction team and ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and all attached documents are current status.

Prepare material inspection request to all MEP materials/equipments in coordination of procurement team and Qs Engineers.

Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements

Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.

Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
