OBJECTIVE:

Looking for construction engineer a full time job, I’m civil engineer with experience 19 years in construction.

I’m a construction Engineer resident in Plano Texas with over 19 years of experience working in the construction. Since 2001, I have worked for several international NGOs and humanitarian assistance agencies such as Peace Wind of Japan (Japanese NGO dedicated to the support of people in distress, and threatened by conflict, poverty, or other turmoil. With its headquarters in Japan, PWJ is operational in many parts of the world), and the Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development ACTED, and Mercy Corps. I have also worked on activities funded by international donors such as GIZ, and US Government funded projects with Fluor AMEC.

Throughout my career, I have worked on several projects in sectors relevant to the scope at hand including WASH, WATSAN, construction Water Treatment Plant, Sewage treatment Plant, Highways, apartments, houses with all facility and infrastructure with landscaping. I have also been involved in the engineering aspects for a few projects in other sectors such as the health sector, shelters for refugees and IDPs, roads, and other infrastructure. This have given me significant exposure to sectors of interest under each scope at hand, and has helped me develop a deep familiarity with the key stakeholders and governmental organizations involved in those sectors.

I have experience in the management of field crews to supervise project implementation and works, and planning of field activities and assignments of personnel. In addition, I have advanced experience in managing and overseeing procurement and delivery of goods and materials targeted for humanitarian aid and project efforts. This was gained through working for various international NGOs as mentioned above, which has also exposed me to international best practices of management, and team activities planning.

Given me engineering background, I had worked as a site supervision engineer on a variety of projects where he was responsible for general oversight of the progress of the work, compliance with the work progress against milestones and targets, and the general inspections of materials supplied to site to ensure its compliance in terms of quantities and technical specifications. I was also responsible for monitoring the various construction activities and the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly work progress reports. My experience as a quantity surveyor has given me advanced experience in managing the logistics and delivery of project supplies and the management of inventories and warehouse facilities.

Worked with Chevron Company at EPF (early production facility) as a project manager my duty was:

Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources

I have worked as a field technician with (RONE ENGINEERING) in Dallas TEXAS. Activity mainly focused on construction and supervision and ensuring the contractors met their progress by checking or taking samples of concrete, checking drawings for steel works of ground floor steel, beam column, slab for multy story building, frame works, post tension and….. etc.

Apr. 2007 – Oct. 2017: Zardasht Company for general contracting and Trasportation

I have worked as a Senior Engineer for the company. Activities mainly focused on construction supervision and ensuring the contractors met their progress targets and milestones. I have also in charge of assigning responsibilities and planning the work for the supervision team working under me. My roles and responsibilities that are relevant to this assignment included:

July 2001- January 2005: Reck contracting company

Supervision and follow up the projects to Reck company which under implementation such as construction sewerage, water tanks, transporting water pipe and erection water pumps, renovation of schools and construction of store hall,electrical station, prepare material for building and casting with BRC for the base of building for United State Army Corps Engineers,renovation Hospital for USA army, renovation orphan house for boys and girl, construction hospital, prepare container, store food, and prepare earth works for electrical station for Washington Group company and construction 400 apartment with all facilities including infrastructure, swimming pool, landscape, road pavement, water and sewerage.
