I worked on multiple projects related to making enhancements to Verizon's mobile application, MyVerizon Mobile

Billing (iOS). This app makes it easy for Verizon customers to access their Verizon account for Home Phone,

Internet and TV. They can view and pay the bills, see payment history, get billing notifications, enroll in for auto

pay and paperless billing, view their services and account profile, view their emails, get support on their Verizon

services, Manage their media, etc.

Involved throughout the transitioning phase of waterfall to agile.

Involved in meetings with business users and SMEs to identify high-level business needs and

requirements to identify and write the user stories.

Participated in JAD sessions with the system design team to come up with the conceptual high-level

system architectural design.

Worked with single or multiple stakeholders to elicit requirements, prioritize needs and deliver
