Mount Sinai Department of Cardiovascular Surgery- The Mitral Valve Reference Center and Structural Heart Program (May 2016- Present)
Clinical Nurse Practitioner coordinating services including consultation and follow-up for the surgical and surveillance program for patients referred to the Mitral Valve Center; The Structural Heart Department and The Cardiovascular Department for elective surgeries.
Provided incremental care utilizing model of care that includes for developing strong leadership and liaison communication skill sets with referring cardiologists and structuring follow up care with multiple specialists.
