• Spearheaded client Windows 7-to-Windows 10 remediation for 500 servers and 2000 workstations worldwide by utilizing Agile methodology.
• Assembled teams in conducting Data Center audits to assess site readiness for the transition of network ownership from former owner to NTT Data Services at various offices throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa, (EMEA), and the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) regions. Assessments included hardware readiness, circuit use, bandwidth, and ownership.
• Organized and managed a $5 million relocation of the NTT Corp IT Data Center to the Raging Wire Cloud Environment.
• Oversaw a $1.2 million proposal for the network separation and integration of an international steam turbine manufacturer, ARVOS Group, to separate from the ALSTOM SA domain and reconnect throughout the locations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions.
• Orchestrated and led the migration of 600 databases and servers from physical locations throughout the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions to the NTT Cloud environment for Yum! Brands, Inc.
• Merged the integration of four insurance companies into a banking data center environment ensuring all federal regulations were met throughout the process.
• Prioritized the refresh and re-build of Shoppers Drug Mart databases.
• Implemented a managed services ticketing system that included Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, and Change Management. Which included ensuring the correct assessment groups have been established

• Executed a successful, high corporate visibility relocation/migration program of the NTT Data Corporate Data Center in Medford, MA to the Raging Wire Data Center in Virginia: o Schedule: Achieved in five months vs 10 months planned o Migrated 10,000 email boxes

• Organized an internal NTT Data team for the "Global Interconnected ITSM Platform” project. Scope of work included managing the technical team, global interfacing, mapping current platforms and measuring ITIL maturity across five NTT Americas Operating Companies
• Planned and led the $20 million implementation/deployment of a business-critical Oracle 11.x ERP suite for Hanover Compression company on-time and under budget
• Delivered the buildout and delivery of a high visibility 32,000 SF Broadband Solution Center in conjunction with our partner, Cisco. This $16.5 million investment included HW/SW purchasing, vendor management, resource planning, senior management reporting, and team management
• Developed a comprehensive roadmap for the integration of insurance IT infrastructures into a banking environment outlining security regulations, federal regulatory requirements and the identification of key resources and stakeholders
• Planned and led and the OS remediation for 1200 workstations and 800 servers in an Agile environment for Thermo Fischer
• Managed the development of a VOIP system for Ericson utilizing RAD methodology
