Dear Hiring Manager,
Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to review my resume. I’d like to take this opportunity to supply some insight about the education portion. As it does include my time at ITT Technical institute as well as some of my professional career.
In September 2016, the ITT Technical Institute filed chapter 11 bankruptcy. This happened one semester before I would have received my Associates Degree in Electronics Engineering. Unfortunately, this resulted in me not receiving Associates degree.
During my time there, the curriculum covered both theory and practical classes. Where I learned Test Equipment Operations, Technical Writing, Circuit Design/ Calculations, and Basic programming (C+). They additionally supplied support in students finding work pertaining to their field of study. At that point I decided to take a break from education and seek full-time employment. This is how I found my Failure Analysis Technician role with Trans- Expedite Solutions, where I was assigned to two different accounts performing root cause analysis for Alienware Desktops and Ruggedized Notebooks in Dell’s South Parmer Campus, more accurately inn the Product Goods Failure Analysis Lab (PGFA lab). Reporting and collaborating with our Taiwanese teammates over conference call where I would present my findings. For example, failure mode, evidence or anything gathered spanning from OS to Component level failures, and analytics on said findings.
I intend to pursue further education in support of my career, as I am sure you are aware 2020, has been a difficult year for education as well as career development.
