Black Friday Data Analysis Apr. 2019 to May 2019

By using CSV files from data provided on Kaggle, Black Friday data from multiple retail stores for the years 2016, 2017 and 2018 were collected. That data was analyzed and visualized in order to predict how trends for sales would look like for Black Friday 2019. Twitter Sentiment App Dec. 2019

Collaborated with colleagues to create a Twitter sentiment app for the current 2020 presidential candidates. The app was coded with Python and written on Atom using Teletype to collaborate in real time. Using Tweepy, TextBlob, MatPlotLib, and command line arguments, the app is able to take tweets from the Twitter API in real time and return pie charts that display how the tweets gathered feel about the candidates

(positively, negatively, neutral) using the sentiment analysis method in TextBlob. Users are able to compare two to eighteen of the current candidates.

GenEd.io Nov. 2020 to Dec. 2020

Developed a web-based application using HTML, CSS (through Bulma.io), and JavaScript. UMD.io API was used to get course information from the University of Maryland, College Park, and display certain courses based on user input.
