Vishnu recently completed an assignment at Rutgers, where she worked as an Application Support Analyst .

At Rutgers she provided front end and back end technical support to NJMS.She provided quality assurance for

educational technology applications and systems, including systems testing, problem solving, resolution and

end-user liaison. She has lead training sessions and created material related to in house educational technology training

in academic systems.

At Barclays, where she worked as an Application Support Analyst in a global team. She implemented changes into production and maintained UAT on windows servers. In addition, she was responsible for creating change requests & worked with various technology & business teams for change approval.

She was a part of the team which managed the server estates for UAT and TEST activities, handle the transition of applications from DEV into LIVE, dry-runs of the release process and coordinate with support for production deployment.

Vishnu earned her Bachelors of Technology in Electronics and Controls at NGIT, India. She applied her Test Analyst skillsets at Safeway, where she inspected and verified gross profits using SQL queries. Additionally, she was responsible for ensuring data integrity through the documentation of test cases and audit reporting. Vishnu utilized SCRUM methodology, which helped her thrive in high pressure environments while producing deliverables within strict time constraints. Her interest in IT was cultivated by streamlining projects and doing root-cause analysis. She excels in group environments, as well as being an individual contributor to convey end-to-end solutions.
