M/S International Paper APPM Ltd US-based (IP) is an ISO 900l, ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certified, The company produces writing, printing, copier papers for foreign and domestic markets in Rajahmundry and kadiam (AP) it is one of the largest pulp and paper manufactures industries in India, producing production capacity of 600TPD, and having 34MW and 12MW self-generation thermal power plants, Recovery Boiler-200TPH, AFBC Coal fired Bolier-108TPH, papermachines-6no, and GRID 132kv/11kv substation (5 MVA).

Plant Engineer, Electrical (SAP)

Responsible for handling operation maintenance(shutdown, preventive) Trouble shooting and testing electrical equipment’s like AC motors, Transformers up to 12.5MVA,HT and LT switch gear etc.,

Handling Procurement and stores of utility spares, housekeeping/5s. Updating and maintaining monthly reports, energy records and ISO document work.

Accountable for the Maintenance of 20T, 10T, 12.5T VFD operated EOT cranes. Providing Technical and safety training to technicians.

Working on SAP-PM, MM works SAP-energy reports. Operations and maintenance of electrostatic precipitator.

Effectively handling project planning, scheduling and handling the projects on time also monitoring & followed up with customer, vendors and different internal departments for step-by-step activities getting done during execution of project.

Handling preventive and predictive maintenance of all major equipment; carrying out failure analysis and troubleshooting.
