CAREER SUMMARY:

Twenty plus years experience in Help Desk / Desktop Support environment. Have worked with, Windows 95/98, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 10 Professional. Extensive experience performing Windows Migrations including Windows 7 to Windows 10 Migrations. (recently completed several Windows 7 to 10 migrations) Experience with MS Active Directory SMS,SCCM, Ghost, Dame Ware and Alteris. Strong experience in use of SCCM and Active Directory, to create modify and remove user accounts, used Active Directory to alter users group memberships and permissions. Have also supported MS Office 97, 2000, XP, 2003, 2007, 2010 and 365.Have created Windows XP Virtual PC's,(using oracle virtual box).
