Technically accomplished professional with 7 years of experience in Production and planning.

I was assosiated with Simmonds Marshall ltd Kasarwadi Pune-411034 as PPC Engineer since 19th Nov 2013 to 15 July 2019.

Simmonds Marshall is an Indian group and is a market leader in Fasteners. The organization caters to the market like HMSI, Bajaj Auto, Ashok Layland, Royal Enfield,Mahindra,Optimas, Philidas and like many others.It employee s manpower all over India is approximately 800 to 1000.

Simmonds Marshall s yearly turnover was around 250 Cr.(It was approximate until I was associated with Simmonds Marshall)

Middle of July-2019 I joined AQ mechanical and electrical components which is Sweden based MNC having turnover of all group of about 4000 Cr per annum.

AQ group is mainly associated with the sheet metal projects, wiring projects and electrical components as well.

I work here as a sr PPC Executive.

Job responsibilities: supply chain and producion planning and control.

Reporting to: General Manager Operations.

Brief Activity:

Planning of production as well as control referring customer s schedules & Urgencies.

Machine loading for the available work centres.

Plan vs Actual monitoring though system.

Material requirement planning in coordination with Purchase team.

Attend daily PPC meeting with all section heads and discuss the criticality to take proper action plan.

Fulfilling of customer requirements by co-ordinating with their manufacturing-aids.

Minimization of lead time by analysing cycle time.

Try to catch up bottleneck in operation sequence and to overcome that path to reduce the lead time.

Attend customer review meeting with customers/customer representative and understand customer requirements.

To meet sales budget on monthly basis.

Preparation of Delivery performance of all customer and try to make some improvements to meet 100% Delivery.

Discuss failure analysis report at the end of every month and try to avoid failures in current month by analysing reasons of failure in last month.

Try to maintain minimum inventory with timely dispatch of finished goods .

Capacity Planning (One of the most important parameter to analyse whether we are capable of fulflling schedule given by customer or No)

Manpower planning and utilization to achieve daily production with quality.

To maitain production line requirements through Foxpro system and coordination during breakdown.

Create shop-floor discipline, implement and sustain 5S standards.

Machine setting and help to resolve process related problems.

To co ordinate softly with production line workman in achieving manufacturing goals, objectives with optimum utilization of resources.

Knowledge of turning and grinding process, industrial standards and ISO procedures.

Knowledge of processes like Cold Forging,Tapping(threading),heat treatment,closing, plating.

Tools used for planning-Foxpro,ERP-SAP,MS Office 2007,Monitor ERP system
