Description In COW TOWER,Cell on wheels (COW) is a portable mobile cellular site that provides temporary network and wireless coverage to locations where cellular coverage is minimal or compromised. COWs provide fully-functional services. via vehicles such as trailers, vans and trucks to areas affected by natural disaster or areas with large user volume such as major events. COW is also known as a site wheels.

Responsibilities

Designing of structures and study of drawing.

Making of program for CNC and PLASMA for required plate section in drawing.

Support the fabrication team and check fabricated material according to drawing.

Project Name: Car Carrier, Counter Poise

Role: Design and production engineer.

Description

A car carrier trailer,known variously as a car-carrying trailer, car hauler, auto transport trailer, etc. is a type of trailer or semi trailer designed to efficiently transport passenger vehicles via truck.

Modern car carrier trailers can be open or enclosed. Most commercial trailers have built-in ramps for loading and off-loading cars, as well as power hydraulics to raise and lower ramps for stand-alone accessibility.

Project Name: Solar Structures ( Vikram solar, bel solar, gensol solar and so on).

Role: Design and production engineer.

Description

Photovoltaic mounting systems (also called solar module racking or solar structures) are used to fix solar panels on surfaces like roofs, building facades, or the ground. These mounting systems generally enable retrofitting of solar panels on roofs or as part of the structure of the building (called BIPV).

Responsibilities Solar model mounting structures (fabricated structures) & heavy structures i.e. column, purlin, rafter,cleat bracing and so on, conveyor structure, primary Support Structure various Projects of PGCIL, NTPC, BHEL, State Electricity Boards. Maintains project technical files.
