- Design requirements included strength of materials and air flow calculations. Dust Applications like paper, concrete, admixtures, animal feed, plastics, mining, laser cutters, welding fumes and others.

- Create Proposal and Certified Prints and after Customer approval, complete the drawings details with the bill of materials for its construction in Production, assistance and inspection

- Instrumentation & Control drawings, P & ID.

- Wiring Diagrams of the Dust Collectors with Pressure Regulator, Fire Alarms, Magnehelic Gage, Rotary Valves, Hopper Cleaning and heater systems.

- Team Member of the Power Press Wiring, Instrumentation and Control with NC or NO infrared Switches and Power Circuits.

- Work with outside providers for various components: Fans, Blowers, Screw Conveyors, etc.

- Created a new design for cartridge cages, venturi, and doors; to reduce material and labor costs.

- Involved in the creation of a new product line of SL-Collectors, Rotary Air Lock, Testing and measurement of the efficiency of the system in the shop. Also a team member in same patented parts of Dust Collectors.
