Preparation of tender drawing for all mechanical system.

Responsible for preparation B.O.Q of materials for the project.

Review calculations and drawings for basic and detailed designs.

Ensure the detailed design comply with requirements specified in scope of work and technical specifications, engineering standards, material standard specification.

Review shop drawings to meet requirements of design, approved standards and BOQ and check methods of installation.

Check and reviews design drawings and calculation for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Pumps, Underground Potable Water and Sanitary Sewerage Piping, etc.

Carry out studies of projects and pricing for tenders’ purpose.

Prepare acceptance test requirements.

Supervise execution of mechanical works in accordance with approved shop drawings, BOQ and specifications.

Inspection and testing all mechanical works on site (plumbing, HVAC, Firefighting, Irrigation, BMS, etc).

Check and reviews testing and commissioning for all project equipment.

Check and reviews all quantities executed at the site.

Make a comprehensive inventory of all the remaining items in the project according to the bill of quantities.
