OBJECTIVE: To seek a challenging and motivating job for which my technical and analytical skills are essential prerequisites and where in continuous improvement of my skills is a part of the job.

SUMMARY:

I am a technically astute Electrical Engineer with experience of 13 years in Cement Plant Engineering, construction, Erection, Testing & Commissioning, Maintenance & Operations and Project Execution. I am spearheading efforts across devising prompt operations & maintenance solutions to ensure operational fitness of cement Plant machines/utilities at all times for maximum productivity. I am responsible for Electrical Construction and Erection work of 2MTA capacity cement plant

CURRENT INDUSTRY: Sidhi Cement Works(Ultratech Cement,A Unit of Aditya Birla Group)

Working as an Engineer(Electrical) in Cement Plant since Nov2006. Sidhi Cement Plant was commissioned to produce 2 Million TPA cement in January 2009 which was further enhanced by 1.5 MTPA by putting up new line in September 2012 & it enhance its capacity to produce 3.5 MTPA of cement. The Clinker capacity of the unit is 3.0 MTPA. There are 3 Thermal Power Plant capacity with a installed capacity of 155 MW. First Plant of 35 MW was commissioned in December 2008 & the other two was commissioned in June and August 2012.

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Cement plant (3MTA) . After erection &commissioning of the cement plant Electrical equipment I looked after its maintenance and troubleshooting.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

Knowledge on Shut down job planning & Preventive maintenance of Equipment.

Knowledge on troubleshooting and maintenance of Electrical Equipments like HT/LT motors, GRR/LRS.

Knowledge on troubleshooting and maintenance of Electrical Equipments like Transformers and other associated equipments .

Knowledge on Earthing, Power and lighting Distribution.

Knowledge on power reports preparation.

Knowledge on Maintenance of Lift.

Knowledge on Electrical Protection system

Good Skill to understand Electrical Drawing.

Knowledge on SAP system

Knowledge on UTCL Safety standards .

Knowledge on troubleshooting and maintenance of overhead line.

Knowledge on MCC,PCC, HT board.

Job Description:

Delivering in the areas of Erection, Operation & Maintenance of HT & LT Motor, Transformer, HT & LT Switchgear, Bus duct .

Erection, commissioning & Maintenance of E.O.T. Crane, Tower Crane (Liebher, Terex, Potain),

Electrical Equipment Earthing (motor, Transformer, Switchgear).

Efficient in all type of HT and LT panel operation and maintenance.

Working knowledge of operation and maintenance of AC drives and Lift maintenance(Make-kone)

Working knowledge of Cable sizing, routing & layout.

Reliability improvement of Electrical systems, identification of energy saving opportunities and its implementation. Adept in conducting analysis of MTTR and MTBF of different spares for different machines.

Revenue Budget Planning and managing operations & maintenance activities of electrical utilities.

Develop, implement and maintain procedures, checklist SAP PM notifications and work instructions in operation and maintenance of all the equipment's.

Capex and Improvements Project planning and execution.

Ensure best Safety Practices in operation & maintenance activities as per safety standard. Undertaking regular inspections in order to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety norms; analysing existing processes / procedures and conducting critical analysis for finding out shortcomings and suggesting improvements measures.
