2.Worked in Allience integrated metalik limited. Rajpura Punjab as Engineer in dept of maintenance & operation of Automatic welding machine (SAW) from 2014 to 2015.

3. Worked in AK Engineering as GET & subsequently promoted to Engineer in dept of Erection of Bunker house for RMHS from 2012-2014

Job Responsibilities:

Minimization of down time and process development, implementation of new and up dated technology for up keepment of plant and machinery.

Controlling of man power required in the circuit.

Operation & maintenance of Diesel Engine, Electrical Motor, Pumps, Valves (gate valve, pneumatic valves, butterfly valve), main charging conveyers, stock house conveyors & conveyer related equipments

Job Responsibilities In Maintenance :

Responsible for attending Routine maintenance, Break down maintenance, Preventive and Predictive maintenance of Diesel Engine operated pump & Its equipments.

Planning for shut down maintenance.

Arrange of men power and job distribution.

To ensure availability of spares, consumables & monitoring of consumption pattern.

Responsible for Material purchase.

ISO document & Audit related work update.

Breakdown Analysis.

Safe working of the entire employee & Safe maintenance of equipment

Maintenance & Planning Activities :

Responsible for entire operation and maintenance activities of Blast furnace main pump house, fire fighting pump house, ETP, GCP, SGP Pump House.

Complete documentation of all manufacturing machineries and systems to meet various regulatory compliances.

Ensuring preventive maintenance and Predictive maintenance of all utility equipments.

Preparation of job list for the shut down jobs.

Preparing the Min-Max requirement of spares that should be maintained in the department.
