Working in Repos Iot Energy pvt ltd pune, as a Associate Testing Engineer from July 2020. It is one of the leading companies in manufacturing of Door step Diesel Delivery vehicles.

JOB PROFILE:

Hydro tests the tank with maintaining the pressure 0.316kg/cm2.

Check the leakages from the pipe lines, Hose reels and Dispense unit.

Check the flow rate range of diesel dispensing from dispenser unit by adjusting the pump pressure (required L.P.M per min is 70 to 80 lit).

Check the functioning of safety fitments (like Break interlock & over ride etc).

Check the working of Eagan blue system, which controls the engine rpm.

Check panel wiring, connections for indicators & emergency switch.

Overshoot of fuel while stopping fuelling from nozzle.

Check the P.T.O, propeller shaft and pump operation.

Working Mahindra Trucks & Buses Ltd. Pune appointed by Parma Tech Cad Services Pvt.Ltd, as a Testing Engineer from sep 2018 to June 2020. It is one of the Leading companies in Manufacturing of wide range of commercial vehicles (Spanning from 4Ton to 55Ton).

JOB PROFILE (MAHINDRA TRUCKS AND BUSES):

Working as vehicle Testing Engineer in Mahindra Trucks and Bus (Validation Dept).

Exposure in conducting outdoor trails which includes RWUP (Real world Usage Pattern) on vehicles along with data analysis & report.

Independent to work on vehicle level test, result analysis and report making.

Exposure of BSVI data collection & data analysis.

Conducting of DPF weighments, Regenerations & soot loading data monitoring.

2.Worked as an Ass.Engineer in Turbovent Industries Pvt Ltd, Fabrication& Manufacturing of industrial fans (Air Handling Equipment with capacity of Fan up to 20Tons), from May 2016 to Aug-2018.
