John has been involved in implementation of quality program systems for over thirty five years. He has conducted quality workshops and taught community college courses in quality programs. He was an active member and served on the executive committee for his local ASQ section.

Served as a corporate officer in varying capacities and member or the Board of Directors. Appointed President in 2001 and changed the emphasis of the company to customer services and continuous improvements. QSE subcontracts with ABS in audition their quality management system to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. QSE also works with companies to improve their QMS through problem solving and training.

StaffMark, Director of Quality Management

Responsible for implementation quality management system to StaffMark offices location in other states.

CTS, Senior Quality Engineer

Identified and evaluated the quality management system while serving as project leader in the implementation of ISO 9002 standard. Assignments included maintaining ISO certification, documentation and corrective action process, and training internal auditors.

First Brands, Quality Engineer

Identify and implement the correct quality tools for high speed production. This included SPC, how to properly use automatic data collectors and charts; trained inspectors/operator in quality tools and team building; corrective action and problem solving.
