JIRA and TFS tools are used for running test cases or bug tracking depending on the application. Sharepoint was used to collect documents. My duties included establishing the test environment, conducting the system test and reporting the results.

I was a Test Engineer for the State Department State Messaging and Retrieval Tool (SMART). My duties included testing the client application which is used to generate cables and the Core application which is used to manage posts, users and cables. This project was operating in an agile environment. Test cases were run using Quality Center and bugs were documented using Dimensions.

I was the Lead Test Engineer for Personnel Systems for the RCAS program. Duties include managing test schedules, conducting meetings, conducting system tests, ensuring test plans and reports are delivered to the customer, and products are properly tested. This project was operating in an agile environment for the last two years of the contract. Tools used included TFS, Dimensions and ORACLE Enterprise Manager. Sharepoint was used to store the program documents.

I was a System Test Engineer for the UK Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Project. I conducted Test Readiness Reviews, Test Review Boards and Test Exit meetings. I installed and configured software for the UK IBS systems when required. I wrote Change Requests using the RAZOR Configuration Management tool when problems were discovered or when design changes were desired.

Previous to that I was the Principal DBA tester for the RCAS program. I tested the installation and configuration of the RCAS database and web servers as well as tested the Information Exchange products. I also installed and configured the RCAS applications.

I was also the Test Manager for the RCAS program. I had direct management responsibilities for fifteen test engineers. My duties included managing test schedules, ensuring test plans and reports were delivered to the customer, and products are properly tested.

I was also the Personnel Family Test Lead. As Test Lead, I successfully led a team of test engineers to complete testing of the Personnel Systems on Windows2000 servers and Windows XP workstations.
