WORK : Composite works of 7 no’s of tanks TK -35 & 36(38mtr x 18 meter HT –EFR tanks), TK-37,38,39,40 (47 meter dia x 18 meter height fixed cone roof tanks ), TK-41 (24.3 X 12 meter Ht) fixed cone roof tank) including piping, wagon gantry, pump house, painting, pedestal for pipelines and floor for tanks. JOB PROFILE

Development of new projects, execution, erection, commissioning stage.

To execute storage tank shell plate erection, deck plate erection, still well pipeline erection.

Read and understanding of pipeline drawings as per the site condition

Creating documents for fabrication, erection, commissioning tank and pipelines.

Tank (blasting &paintings) and pipeline paintings as per the API STD

Ensure incoming materials and prepare IMIR REPORTS

Ensure test certificates for all incoming materials

Making the QA/QC documents for the tank age job.

Arranging materials and machineries for work site

Manpower handling

Ensure daily progress and make a report

Co-ordinate with the BPCL clients

Ensure site safety.

Maintain laborers health reports.

MAINTENANCE INCHARGE Maintenance role at BPCL Plant, Cochin. (From 2018 to 2020)

WORK: Maintenance work for storage tank as per API 653, OISD -129,244.

JOB PROFILE

All pump house, filling stations loading arms, PD meter, and digital control valves.

Calibration prover tanks, mass flow meters.

Pipeline product transfer, change the product from one tank to another tanks.

Pipeline flushing, line cold cutting, hot cutting, welding of pipeline.

All routine maintenance, weekly, monthly, half yearly, yearly tank farm maintenance.

Periodical checking of pipeline visual inspection.

All OWS inspections and Preparing SOP for all ows.

Wagon gantry loading arm maintenance.

Schedule all filters (ATF, HSD, MS, SKO, HFHSD, FO, LDO) cleaning maintenance in BPCL terminal.

Hydro test for all pipelines, rubber hoses, make a document.

All pump house maintenance (Alignment, Oil check, vibration analysis).

Ensure DBBV, GATE, GLOBE, and MOV with actuator maintenance.

Sequence checking of underground tank product level (water& product) by dip rod.

Tank cleaning with proper safety guidelines, (check LEL level, and hazardous condition).

Co-ordinate with sick wagon unloading, and loading using suction pump.

Preparing the maintenance OISD AUDIT documents.

Managing repairs and systematic execution of jobs.

Ensure inventory control.

Proper manpower handling.

Conduct tool box meeting before start works.
