Review and Process the relevant Quality procedure & Project documents as per client specification, codes & standards, and submit to Client & Class for approval. (Ex: NDT Weld maps Traceability, Fabrication package (FVI/OVI/OFI/UT/RT/HG/MPI Reports),Material identification, Preservation & storage Procedures,etc.,

Review and verifing of Inspect of all incoming materials, and validation of procedures for WPS,PQR & procedures for NDT, PWHT, PMI etc., reviewing and comparing the material certificates in acceptance based on the client specification and Codes and standard.

Performing in process inspections such as preheating temperature, consumables and monitoring amperage, volts, travel speed, heat input, PWHT and inter-pass temperature according to the welding procedure specification (WPS)

Monitoring of storage, handling, issuance of welding consumables, fittings, pipes etc.

Post process inspection of weldment, base material, weld repairs etc

Co-ordination of NDT clearances for structural, mechanical, piping and pressure vessel joints and witness NDT.

Conducting weekly & monthly Tool box talk ensuring the safety & safe workshop practies in fabrication works and reporting unsafe practices and unsafe zone to the foreman.

Co-ordinating with the sub-contractor and production team to make sure the job completion with in time frame & Close monitoring of daily activities in erection onsite and onboard to ensure that the work carried out as per approved procedures.
