• Worked tirelessly as the EHS&S project lead/manager over a span of 2.5 million man-hours worked.

• Improved overall site safety during each construction phase with 2-pronged approach: 1) developed, implemented, and standardized EHS-focused Contractor Pre-Qualification protocol, creating a more user-friendly process for documentation storage; and 2) managed and boosted construction contractors’ safety performance.

• Hired high-performing safety team, subsequently coaching and mentoring team to conduct EHS orientation briefings and impart best practices to contractor safety personnel.
