Design review of the control logic and schematic drawings

Review project scope and provide Technical feedback.

Preparation of schedule along with Planning Engineer and Site Manager, supervision of work force and monitoring daily progress & coordinate with other discipline.

Providing safety, quality and schedule supervision of Electrical, I&C installation Troubleshoot problems and issue recommendation which includes Cable scheduling, cable tray installation, cable laying & termination, FO cable splicing, Lighting systems, Fire alarm & Firefighting system etc.,

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of DCS Control panels, Low voltage 0.4KVswitchgears Medium voltage switchgears (13.8KV) and UPS systems.

Installation & commissioning of HVAC system and Fire alarm system

Installation and commissioning of Flow meters, Flow control valves and MOVs (10”, 20”, 32”, 40” 72” and 96” dia, 300 class, 600 class)

Co-ordinate with Client & consultant for daily activities & RFI’s

Erection, Testing, Commissioning and Trouble shooting of control instruments like MOV’s, Pressure, Temperature, Flow, Level Transmitters and switches, vibration detector instruments etc.,

Hook up, P & I drawings; loop checking including panel, junction box, cable laying and termination works etc.

Overall Electrical and Instrumentation Testing, Commissioning activities.

Preparation of Mark up and As built drawings etc.

1.Project : DUBA Integrated Solar Combined Cycle Power Plant

(Construction of 2 Nos. of Gas Turbine & a Steam Turbine 500MW, 2 nos. of ASL

(Construction of 1 unit of Siemens Gas Turbine 70MW, Emerson DCS and

5.Project : RAS AL KHAIR Water Transmission System (SWCC)

(To transport 900,000m3/day potable water produced at the new desalination plant located at Ras Al Khair at the East Coast of Saudi Arabia to the city of Riyadh.)
