Working as In-House Surveyor & Loss Assessor-Motor Claim Department.

To Conduct motor surveys of private car, premium segment cars and Commercial vehicles

To ensure that the claims database (on-line surveyor module) is reflecting the most recent information of every claim to provide the claim status to both internal and external customers.

To process claims as per the laid down procedure and achieve quality processing and ensure that every claim record are maintained in order.

To ensure proper documentation and inculcate good documentation process in the team.

To ensure that the reminders are sent on all the outstanding claims and work with itself for proper review of outstanding claims.

Responsible to give immediate feedback to the direct customer on his queries and attend technical queries in respect of assessment given to the various repairers, workshops and dealers.

Dealer visits for inspection and survey of the major/minor loss claims.

Focus on TAT (Turn around Time) concern with loss assessment and claim settlement.

Works on virtual survey as desktop user.
