Supports iQor’s United States’ centers for its recruitment needs: — from being in the frontline of filtering candidates, sourcing aspiring candidates through different job boards (Talkpush, Indeed, Betterteam, etc.)

Coordinates directly with the onshore recruitment team to ensure all requirements are captured

Calling candidates and assessing them thru a phone interview, scheduling applicants for a final face to face interview —
