Position : Warehouse Supervisor

Period : 02/2017- Present

Manage and lead a team of warehouse assistant and handle daily operations

Manage full spectrum of warehouse operations

Perform warehousing duties such as sorting, wrapping, packing, picking, labelling, returning and Issuing of products

Ensure smooth operations flow and on-time shipment

Update stock in the system and manage physical inventory, ensure accuracy of stock in WMS

On aircraft arrival unloading baggage containers, cargo containers and cargo pallets and check those of containers number are correct and deliver to individual departments on time.

Ensure all single loaded units (through-transit) were labeled correctly and ok to forward

Before aircraft departure check and ensure that all the cargo containers, pallets are already reach at the aircraft parking bay, if all are complete, start loading, according to loading instruction is given

Ensure all Airline loading instructions and requirements for special cargo (e.g. live animals, dangerous goods and heavy cargo etc.)

Update checklists onto COSYS Send Telex massage to up-line down-load station of the offloading

Prepare, acknowledge and submit Outward Service Report for flight handled:
