Led Powertrain department in Formula Bharat engineering design competition. Finalized the most economical

& optimal engine to use on the basis of cost, highest power-to-weight ratio.

Created CAD model with improved packaging & weight reduction of Air Intake & Exhaust System for our Formula Student Car.

Modelled & simulated entire engine model using RICARDO WAVE, & calculated its power output to be 43bhp.

Designed a dynamic air intake system by dividing it into different parts considering FSAE rules & tested it with the engine model in RICARDO WAVE to get the most optimal power output.

Practically tested the air intake parts on the engine to finalise the design. Designing & Analysis of Aerodynamic Devices for Formula Style Car BTP (Feb’17 – May’18)

Worked on Aerodynamic Devices (Body Kit) for Formula Style Car to reduce drag & increase downforce for better car performance during acceleration & cornering.

Designed the devices (airfoil & wings) based on different research papers & then modeled it in SOLIDWORKS.

Analysed the simulation of the device using Computational Fluid Dynamics technique on SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation.

Research Member at DIT Motoracing (Formula Student Team of DIT University), FSAE (Dec’14-Jan’17)

Powertrain Lead for the team DIT Motoracing for the built Formula student car.

Head member for cost report presentation of car, stood 9th among 52 teams who participated in the event Formula Bharat 2017. Also secured 3rd position in business plan presentation for built car.

Responsible for the design, manufacture & testing of air intake, exhaust system & cooling of formula student cars, DMX6 & FENNEC, prototype cars of DIT Motoracing.

Managed budget of Rs. 9,50,000 for development in Formula Student Team DIT Motoracing.
