Hobbies and Interests
On my spare time, I unleash my creative side. I wrote articles on www.in5d.com. I contributed two (2) articles entitled, “Living the Light of Courage” and “Wisdom of the Lotus Flower”. Using Canva, I designed and created my own oracle cards, “Soul's Journey Oracle Cards”. It is used to tap into the deeper and current consciousness of the querent or user to assist in expanding awareness onto Self and to cultivate more loving awareness. Self-love is part of my spiritual beliefs and I do meditation and deep breathing to calm my mind and body and to train my mind to be always in the present moment. Also, the practice of Pilates/Yoga enhances strength and relaxation.
