JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Planning, Scheduling, cost evaluation and procurement of material according to the market trend.

Make a daily production planning, Daily Activity Report & Dispatch planning.

Deciding on whether overtime or extra shifts are necessary to meet an order.

Establishing lead times for each stage of the production process.

Making cutting plan & BOM (Bills of Material) as per drawing.

Tracking labour and material costs.

Material handeling and maintain man power.

To improve production efficiency and machine utilization.

Responsible for the quality control and its paper work.

Co-ordinate with third party inspection agencies for execution of job.

Preparation of tender documents and rate analysis.
