Worked in the production unit in the domain of surface mount technology (SMT) Inspecting(Microscopic) the PCB boards as to provide the customers without any defects either in the PCB’S or in the components.

Increased the inspection rate of the PCB boards by recognizing the most error sides or parts for each and particular type of boards such as class 2,class 3 products i.e PCB’S used for railways, aerospace medical fields. Meanwhile also studied the work in PROCESSING UNIT section as how the designing of the PCB’S are done and placements of the components in PCB.. Studied about different types of SMT Components(packages)such as BGA (Ball grid array) QFN(Quad flat no-leads),QFP(Quad flat packages),SOT (small outline transistor ) and IC’S(Integrated chips) .

Worked as an intern, in the domain of Electrical Department. The objective of the internship is to learn the basics of electrical transmission system and effectively design circuits used in controlling machineries involving electrical functionalities. And also know about the transmission systems and safety involving while handling the electrical components.

Studied about the Electric Power System at Bosch, different types of generators used as backup power supply. Worked on basic circuits used in operation of motors as DOL Starter, Forward Reverse motor control, Star-Delta Starter and Two hand operation also studied about the single line diagram representing basic conventions. Project Title: Object tracking using Adaptive filters Project Role: To implement on Hardware and Software MATLAB. With the aim of implementing techniques based on Kalman filters and correlation filter for object tracking, the position of the object was estimated prior to the acquisition of a new frame in a given real time environment.

The hardware and software co design is achieved with the help of MATLAB GUI and Arduino IDE. The servo motors are used to remove the dimension restriction of the video frame captured by the camera. The servo motor is attached to the camera mount to rotate the camera from 0 to 180 degrees.
