Responsible for the process engineering execution of various projects right from the detailed engineering, Procurement, Construction, Pre commissioning, commissioning and startup phases.

Responsible for monitoring & Reviewing design basis, project specifications, Control Philosophies, P&ID, Block Diagrams, Datasheets, Schematics, Layout Drawings, Termination Diagrams, Instrument Loop Drawing, Schedules, Logic Diagrams, Hook-up’s, Cause and Effect Diagram, Earthing Layout, Circuit Diagrams.

Monitor the performance of Vendors/ subcontractors in terms of schedule, quality and cost, coordinate all necessary recovery actions whenever detect deviation from schedule or specifications.

Preparation of engineering drawings like Instrument loop diagram, instrument interconnection diagram, Input /output list and Cause & Effect diagram.

Familiar with international Codes and standards used in Oil and Gas Industry.

Preparation of Request for Quotation (RFQ) based on Material Requisition (MR) and raising it after incorporating all necessary technical & commercial clauses.

Carry out Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE), technical clarifications, document/drawings review submitted by vendors and sub-contractors.

Participate in technical-commercial meetings and finalizing the vendor after negotiations.

Placement of Purchase orders after incorporating mutually agreed terms & conditions.

Coordinating and expediting for package equipment’s and instruments with Vendors.

Preparation of Method statements and pre commissioning procedures.

Estimation of project bulk material, commissioning consumables, resources and spare list.

Coordination of vendor representatives and resources required during Factory Acceptance Test

(FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT), pre commissioning and commissioning.

Provide input to Engineering team related to construction, pre commissioning and commissioning.

Manage and coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities to ensure projects are executed in a safe, efficient, cost effective and timely manner

Carry out inspections along with the quality department in accordance with approved Inspection and Test Plans.

Loop checking and Functional test of all instrumentation system according to the approved project specific ITR’s (Check sheets) and procedures.

Provide requested technical support to the client during project operational phase.

Investigate and resolve equipment upsets and failures in a timely and efficient manner.

Repair, Maintenance, Calibration and validation of various field instruments & control valves based on both Foundation Field bus & HART Protocols.
