Leaded the reconstruction of the last five years of operations in Mexico; $13.0M in savings achieved.

Implemented a new tax regimen reducing federal tax liability by 90% annual. It also reduced import duties by $0.8M and improved cash flow in the North America region by $17.0M.

Reduction of monthly and year-end closing processes to 3 working days. This project help to reduce 20% of headcount in finance department.

Developed and implemented a semi-automated system to record inventory transactions and consumption (COGS), and set-up the foundation of Costing and Cost Planning areas.

Leaded the “Fit-and-Gap” analysis for the selection of the new ERP for North America. Drove the negotiations with ERP vendors, achieving 50% of savings on software licenses and infrastructure. Conducted the implementation of regional agreements in hardware and telecommunications, including regional cloud.

Leaded post-merger integration in North America. Business processes homologation and migration to a new ERP system across the region.

Improved the negative cash flows and bank debtors by $14.0M; changing to positive cash reserves by $27.0M.

Implemented a new tax regimen reducing federal tax liability by 90% annual. It also reduced import duties by $0.8M and improved cash flow in the North America region by $71.4M.

Reduction of monthly and year-end closing processes to 2 working days. This project help to reduce 20% of headcount in finance department.

Negotiated the consolidation of global capital expenditures management, shifting this to Headquarters Office in Japan (2010), and launched a global cash pool to fund this kind of investments.
