Preparation of site activity plans in order to prepare the programmed of work to meet the project schedule.

To review the planned activities and confirm the efficient utilization of resources including the human, equipment, plant, documentation, work method and subcontractor as applicable for the tasks.

Coordination with QA/QC Engineer in receiving and inspection materials at site and generation of material receiving records.

Coordination with Safety Engineer for the safety arrangements at site prior to start any activity at site.

Arrange proper handling and storage of materials/equipment at project site.

Coordination of all requests for inspection at site and arrangement for inspection and testing with client at various stages.

Manpower planning and allocation of works.

Preparation of Bill of quantity of materials for Erection activities.
