Organized multiple doctors schedules between multiple different locations
Performed various clerical duties including answering phones, assisting patients and taking payments
Oversaw the training of multiple new employees during the week as well as after hour clinic and weekend clinics
Updated multiple guidelines for tasks needing to be done during opening and closing of the clinic

Remedied any issues before the round or that came up during the round in order to maintain positive results
