On my first day on the job, I couldn't get the goods on time, because the transport system was a mess. Customers were unhappy, because wait times were long as we got stocks. I reorganized the transport system, which now works efficiently.

Managing individual branch operation with 6 subordinate staffs, out of that, i have trained myself 4 staff as they work for the company with full dedication and knowledge.

Sale was dull and the credit sale was the policy before I took my position, to increase the sale. But I took challenge and have changed this system and bring company's sales statement on profitable way by increasing cash sales.
