SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN ORACLE:
• PERIODIC REVIEW - Credit team will review the Customer’s Financials (that is Balance sheet, Profit & Loss account and Cash Flow statement), Payment behaviour (WADPL), Total Business done in 12 and 24 months periodically (once in 12or 6 months) and revise the customer credit line accordingly for smooth flow of business.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORACLE
• Establishing Credit Worthiness by performing a Credit Check on the customer.
• Credit approving orders above the local country approval thresholds for certain order types.
• Assign Credit Limits for established Customers
• Placing the customer on Credit Hold and releasing the customer from Credit Hold according to the payment behaviour with the Oracle.
• Performing the legal entity check.
• Releasing the Order hold & Contract hold after revisiting the credit line of the customer
• Reviewing the requests for Non-standard payment terms. Analyse the business justification to approve or Reject the request for both Transactional level and Customer level
• To approve consulting deals using I-Project deal tool.
• Using RADAR tool sales and collections team submit Requests. Credits take appropriate decision to close the request.
• Manage credit email queue and respond to requests within SLA
• Review financial statements and analyse sales revenues, costs, expenses, current assets & liabilities for all customers across the Organisation.
• Comparison of customer’s past performance to the present performance
• Prepare recommendations based on business analysis to set up appropriate credit line on the account.
• Verify and take right action on customer which are filed for bankruptcy and legal issue.
• Work with internal stakeholders’ i.e Sales, Order Booking, Cash Applications, Revenue Recognition, Tax, Collection and Account Receivables to resolve all disputes raised by the customers (Credit memo/Refund/Credit memo rebill)
• Responding to all queries, both from Internal and external customers in timely manner per the agreed turnaround time

• Headed FLA Back Process.
• Undertaken responsible for E2E Process (Credit assessment to FSA). ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES IN ABIPL
• Responsible to conduct a thorough Credit assessment for all the applications.
