11. Experience: I had been teaching English in Betila M.L High School since 1st September,

p1994 (about 20 years). I served as a teacher of English in Betila M.L High School from 1st

September 1994 to 3rd February in 2017. Now I am serving as Assistant Headmaster from 4th

February 2017.

12. Training : I have done so many trainings on teaching English communicatively in home

country. I have done one training on teaching English communicatively arranged by ELTIP, a

government teachers’ training organization, I have done training modules of Brac( a none-

government organization working for teachers’ training). I also have successfully completed two

TOT ( training of trainer). one is conducted by a British expert and another by native experts. I

have done another TOT lasting twelve days and conducted by our home expert.

13. Foreign Training and experience : I have done a four & half month training in the USA implemented

by IREX, an organization under the US federal government. I attended in classes of college of

education in James Madison University in Virginia. I have done one semester. At the same time

I did my internship in a middle school named Monte Video Middle school. I observed the classes

being taken by the American teachers and I took classes in American contexts. Moreover I visited

so many schools across Virginia including Washington DC. This training includes classroom

management, classroom environment, curriculum development, lesson planning, school

management, education methodology, education psychology, teaching strategy etc. It has made

me completely confident to take class in any contexts.
