EXPERIENCE

Assistant Store Manager, Community Lead, Diversity and Inclusion Lead — lululemon; San Mateo, CA — 2018– 2020

• Assisted in hiring, recruiting, onboarding and off boarding a team of anywhere from 10-20+ individuals. Trained groups that ranged from 1-5 at a time on operations and sales expectations.

• Planned major community events on a monthly cadence, generated an ambassador pipeline of more than 10 notable relationships at a time, organized relationships with multiple studios for future outreach.
