Staff nurse- Provide advanced nursing care with the critically ill in collaboration with other nurses and physicians.
Charge nurse- Be a leader among a team of nurses by making assignments and being a mentor as needed on the Intensive Care Unit, along with my own patient assignment, while triaging the Unit throughout the day. Respond to Rapid Responses and Code Blue alerts throughout the facility, and assisting with IV/line insertions via ultrasound technology when needed throughout the Unit and/or entire facility.
MUSC Lancaster: Nursing Supervisor

Serve as a leader, mentor, and resource to all nurses during the night.
Collaborate with directors and other members of management to manage staffing for all units throughout the hospital.
Manage and work through whatever issues may arise during shift, and report to appropriate entities when necessary.
