Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for all the MHE(Voltas, Toyota), Hydra(12T, 14T), Manitou(Tele handler), TPS(Roadsweeper).

Responsible for shop activities regarding Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance, Inspections, Backlogs, Major component replacement, Condition based maintenance, General maintenance, Trouble shooting of engine, Root cause failure analysis, Engine installation, programming and executing all planned maintenance activities

Plan for spare parts well in advance together with supervisor to ensure parts are available for maintenance and Oil go-down inspection and planning according to stock.

Work on SAP for material NRGP/CGP.

Manpower handling, and planning for tasks and shifts.

Responsible for all the forklifts such as 3, 5 and 8Ton, functioning at different section in Tata Steel (LD1, LD2, LD3, WRM Section).
