EXPERIENCE
Vantage Movement, Denver CO 02/2012-Present
Group Class/Personal Training Coach: Manage and lead athletes through an hour long fitness class while focusing on proper lifting technique, gymnastics movements and workout standards. Spearheaded multiple specialty classes such as an all Women’s Boot Camp and a variety of clinics to focus on targeted development of specific movements for all skill levels including: Muscle ups, Pull-ups, Handstand push ups, Double unders, and mobility techniques. Responsible for producing Saturday class programing for the gym. Lead trainer on CrossFit Foundations classes for members who have no prior experience with CrossFit.
Specialty Class Coach: Responsible for creating and leading classes focusing on mobility, stretching and Rehab exercises to treat injuries and/or prepare for fitness activities.
Office Assistant: Assisting the office manager with member retention initiatives leading to 75% retention during Covid-19.
