●Responsible for ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM implementation for incident ticketing integration with Ortho applications and tools, such as ServiceNow Rest API Apps for SolarWinds NPM, SAM. Microsoft MSFLOW in SharePoint and ServiceNow inbound email action for Cisco OpenDNS umbrella.

●Led the reevaluation of IBM Netcool NOI solution deployed in IT environment to be more reliable for Ortho business performance management, which replaced IBM APM with SolarWinds and ScienceLogic to reduce IT administration cost and improve ROI.

●Enterprise Logging Analytics of critical business applications by reporting daily alerts and trends with NOI Dashboard. The logging event sources includes SCCM, ITM, TWS and splunk. Integration between netcool event process engine and service management with netcool impact correlation policies.

●Responsible for technical integration for the service management application in migration from IBM SmartCloud Control Desk (SCCD or ICD) to ServiceNow ITSM.
