• Reviewing and negotiating the interests of the company in loan & guarantees with major financial houses.
• Drafting, reviewing, managing and monitoring the company’s boards resolutions, board charters & framework, systems of delegations and company policies and constitutional documents
• Registering, Monitoring and ensuring the Protection of the company’s intellectual property.
• Monitoring the regulatory compliance of various internal departments such as Finance, Procurement, Business Development & Marketing, sales, operations and management
• Representing, managing, monitoring and assessing the insolvency risks associated with clients of the company who were either liquidated or in business rescue i.e. Group Five, NMC, ESOR, Basilread and etc.
• Reviewing, vetting and negotiating the Aveng // Steeledale’s Mtentu Bridge Supply Agreement and Sasol Supply Agreements together with various mines
