Coordinate OSHA/firewatch training, coordinate PPE

Assist with assigning tasking to new hires

Assist the President and other executives as needed. Maintain calendar and e-mail, Provide administrative support to all FSG Directors, Schedule VIP travel to include first class airline reservations. Prepare and review reports, spreadsheets, and presentations relative to executive’s assignment. Prepare confidential reports, charts and tables regarding operations, staffing changes and accounts. Professionally answer and direct incoming calls to the President. Coordinated meetings and events including finding a location, catering, attending the events to provide supports, prepare materials, and other needs for a successful event. Arranged after hour social events. Handle corporate credit card account and reconcile monthly bill. Develop and maintain effective business contacts with vendor and service. Supervise facility staff and delegate projects as needed. Create and maintain facility budget and lease space allocation, manage facility renovations and buildouts, order furniture and track employee locations. Schedule monthly business review meetings and maintain calendar and organizational charts. Act as liaison in requesting assistance, following up with and resolving issues associated with administrative functions including Human Resources, Facilities, Contracts and Operations. oManage the uniform purchase program; average yearly cost is approximately $19,000

Financial Support

oTravel Coordinator (foreign and domestic) for the Director and all associated reports; process TARs, schedule and coordinate travel; process TERs and BERs

oManage correspondence for Director. Average yearly amount spent is $51,600

oReconcile charge receipts against monthly corporate credit card statement

oMaintain and manage operation TAP; responsible for a $229,320 budget. Distribute and track separate amounts for each division

oBudget and arrange offsite meeting

oPurchase, budget, manage, and disburse logo gear, hard hat stickers, employee of the month jackets, recognition, and retirement clocks; average yearly cost is $93,000
