Army Force Generation Officer (GS-13) 40 hrs per week, Jun 2010-Jan 2016

I have led and governed Army garrisons/installations worldwide responsible for executing base operations. Supported operations and mobilization services to IMCOM installations. I made determinations affecting IMCOM sustaining base installations in mobilizations, contingencies, and crises actions. I provided accurate and complete recommendations to Army Staff (ARSTAF), FEMA, and Law Enforcement agencies. Provides recommendations involving IMCOM sustaining base installations (common levels of support) in Mobilization Operations. Executive Agent for the IMCOM Contingency Operation for Active Duty Operational Support (CO-ADOS) requirements directly to the ARSTAF. I facilitate high visibility efforts involving IMCOM transformation planning, continuous improvement issues, and program integration. Performs quick-reaction studies and analysis and taps various sources across the Army and other external organizations to gather information. Key Accomplishments:

Slashed $26.7M in operational costs and developed a new mobilization policy by managing mobilization, deployment, demobilization, and redeployment operations.

Supervised the Contingency Operation Reduction Plan for six Force Generation Installations which resulted in a 45% cost reduction ($36.5M).

Developed enterprise solution to validate, announce, and manage all 433 IMCOM CO-ADOS positions to perform global operations. Eliminated PCT from 82 days to 45 days.

Chief, Expeditionary Command Team, (SGM/E-9) 40 hrs per week, Feb 2012-Feb 2013

Directed Expeditionary Command (ECT) operations, management, and logistical support to handle Expeditionary Operations by leading 10-15 senior non-commissioned officers, administering a budget of $356K. Conducts independent analysis research and assessment on matters affecting Army policies, programs, and the well-being of Soldiers' welfare, the civilian component, and contractors. Managed for HQ, IMCOM, the USFOR-Afghanistan Base Operations Support Integration for two strategic hubs in Afghanistan -Bastion/Leatherneck (BLN) and Bagram Airfield (BAF). Responsible for the Logistical Support Program for the Garrison Command Teams (GCT). Initiates and coordinates innovative ideas, procedures, processes, methods, or approaches of substantial scope, difficulty, and complexity in areas of short and long-range strategic planning, development, and deployment, improvement initiatives, or program integration. Anticipates, identifies, conducts research and analysis, recommends strategy and concept of operations for major contemporary emerging and futuristic issues confronting Expeditionary Operations.

Key Accomplishments:

Flawlessly implemented rotations while overseeing sourcing for two Afghan strategic hubs and pinpointing and allocating budget requirements for BOS-I Operations and Mobile Training Teams.

Western Hemisphere Policy Integrator (SGM/E-9) – Secretary of Defense, CN, 40 hrs per week, May 2006-Mar 2007

Develops Counternarcotics strategies and programs and incorporates AC/RC component employment in Counternarcotics activities in the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and the Horn of Africa. Conducts independent research and analysis on proposed strategies, policies, plans, and operational deployments and special operations that require Principal Deputy USD(P) approval (international/domestic) which are inextricably linked to the Global War on Terrorism (GWOT) in general, and Narcoterrorism. Manages for OSD the development, planning, and execution of all Counternarcotics deployment exercises across the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. Exercises require personnel from law enforcement agencies, joint staff, special operations, interagency, missions for execution to COCOMs. Establishes and maintains a continual dialogue and positive functional interface, liaison, and coordination with other DoD and Inter-agencies, to exchange information, resolve problems, obtain resources, coordinate program activities, and provide guidance concerning procedural and operational requirements to perform the mission.
