As a Customer Service Agent, I am responsible for scheduling service appointments over the phone in a competitive and fast paced environment for three different dealerships. I work well alone or as a team player and I am able to meet weekly as well as monthly company goals. I answer phones to provide solutions and help address concerns the customer may have before and after they visit any of the three dealership locations. I am able to assist in warranty information, scheduling, inventory and general dealership information from the dealerships. As an agent, I am required to make outbound calls to customers to confirm appointments, get appointment feedback and gain more customer business by making service sales calls. I also direct customers to the requested person/department and collaborate with every branch in order to provide fast and efficient service.

Responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers, monitoring breaks, lunches of cash register personnel as well as processing returned items. I also ran cash registers when needed, processed markdowns, recovery of returned items to their appropriate departments, and assisted with the dressing room monitoring when needed.
Be Creative Painting Studio- August 2015 – April 2017 Assistant Manager
In my position as assistant to the owner, I independently taught painting classes to include one-on-one and group classes. I scheduled painting parties, assisted with maintaining inventory control, distributing finished products to the customers, running the cash register, glazing and firing of pieces the customers created. I also opened and closed the shop as well as running the shop when the owner was not present.

Accomplishments and Interests
I received a $10,000 scholarship from WREC to assist me in obtaining my degree in the Arts. I have received numerous awards for my art, was a member of the National Honor Society, was a member of the Students Worship Arts Group. I am a friendly and outgoing individual and love meeting and being a part of a successful organization. I am confident and work well with others or independently.
