I am not a leader who bosses around. I am a coordinator. I believe in the talent in each person and the best way to achieve the goal is to let everyone be their best self. I treat each team member the same sincerity.

I have worked a variety of roles, from researcher and educator to designer and manager. The projects range from residential to commercial and hospitality, from single family construction to multi-billion-dollar mixed-use project. My current work includes coordination with world famous architects, interior designers, contractors, developers, estimators, and all different consultants.

My profound education gave me a broad view of how the environment impacts human behaviors physically and psychologically. I see all disciplines and trades inter-connected in the build-design industry. I will use my knowledge and experience to take any new challenges.
