Started out as a technician and was promoted within 6 months of employment. Performed data entry, data queries on SQL EHR program, and maintained customer satisfaction through consulting after patient visits. Became Supervisor of the clinic during a 3-month period and helped implement changes necessary for safety during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
