In this role I am assisting the organization to prepare automation scripts and manage the migration of their Sharepoint Online sites to a different tenant. The automation scripts are prepared with powershell and Sharepoint PnP whereas the content migration is scripted with a 3rd party tool called Sharegate. I worked with CrimsonLogic on a project for the government of Oman. They have a national job portal site running on Sharepoint 2013. Most of the features are custom-developed on C# and web services. I worked with 3rd party vendors to deliver the solutions. For deployment and other administrative matters to Sharepoint, I wrote a custom PowerShell script. I had an extra portfolio which was a web forms .NET page to display adhoc reports of job seekers using Stored Procedures and displaying it with SSRS.

With SELLBYTEL I manage their intranet which has 1000+ users globally and develop various tools based on Sharepoint to run their business. It is concurrently setup on 3 different farms. The main one is running on Sharepoint 2010, secondary on Sharepoint 2013 (on Azure) and the latest one is Office365. I manage the main farm (SP2010) and simultaneously support the other two farms. I have developed ticketing tools, approval workflows, customized reporting dashboards using .NET and javascript (mainly jQuery, AngularJS and a little bit of KnockoutJS), embedded PowerBI dashboards, publishing sites, content types, etc. I also did migration work to migrate some of the sites in Sharepoint 2010 on-premise to the Sharepoint online tenant.

I worked as a 3rd party contractor for TACS department under Petronas Chemicals. I’m part of a 3-person team developing a comprehensive Turnaround management module using Sharepoint as its platform. For security reasons, we have no access to server-side development so we resort to using Javascript, MS Access and Infopath for custom development. I created custom user interface on ther sharepoint farm and used sharepoint’s javascript API to perform CRUD for complicated scenarios and use Infopath forms for simpler data collection and display.
