I work there in in-process section of four wheel shocker fabrication. My job is to do first piece of product and also check final assembly frequently or whenever any fault appeared.
I also do the tensile strength test of welding joints of shocker. I also do dye penetration test of welding joints.

Review the checksheet and upgrade it to according the specifications need and drawings. Prepare product endurance documents and scheduled product endurance. Prepare checksheets for spare and assembled parts according to drawing and given specification.
Monitoring Quality issue and take reactive and preventive action to assure defects never occurs in future.
Clear the inspection lot in SAP after clearance from quality personnel. Maintain all the data of inspection.
